AtlantiCare seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse for the Medical ICU at Mainland & City Campuses. This role collaborates with physicians to diagnose and treat illnesses, lead quality improvement projects, and support organizational goals. Requires NJ RN licensure, MSN, and specialty certification.

ACLS and BLS are required. Minimum 2 years of relevant RN experience is expected. The APN works across campuses, contributes to educational activities, and participates in peer review to enhance clinical

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in New Jersey with certified specialty and granted privileges.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; specialty certification with privileges.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the field of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care in the Medical ICU in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and disorders per joint protocols.
• Collaborate with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and contribute to educational programs and teaching activities.
