Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking experienced or new graduate Advanced Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) to fill multiple full-time and part-time positions. You will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to manage the care of critically ill adult patients.

This role requires strong communication skills and at least 2 years of critical care experience. The position includes a competitive salary ranging from $60.39 to $68.10 per hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed to provide advanced practice nursing services in Illinois.
• Licensed by the DEA for prescribing narcotics.
• At least 2 years of critical care patient management experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
• Participate in the assessment of new admissions to the critical care unit.
