Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks an ICT Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. You will develop, execute, and maintain ICT tests for PCB assemblies, ensuring functionality and quality.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ATE systems, PCB design, test automation, and troubleshooting. This full-time, direct hire role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of ICT, PCB testing, and ATE experience.
• Associate degrees with hands-on experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ICT programs to validate PCB performance.
• Design and customize test fixtures for prototypes and production units.
• Work with ATE platforms including TRI, Teradyne, Keysight (Agilent), or SPEA.
• Analyze test failures and troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Resolve equipment and setup issues to ensure test accuracy and uptime.
• Calibrate, maintain, and upgrade ICT systems and test stations.
• Drive initiatives to improve test coverage and reduce cycle time, including automation.
• Ensure adherence to IPC standards and ISO for compliance.
• Create detailed test documentation and training guides for technicians.
