Job summary

HDR is seeking an ICT & Security Designer II in Denver to design security and telecom systems, develop construction documents, and coordinate with project teams. You will ensure integration of access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection within complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of security design experience.
• Familiar with Autodesk design tools.
• RCDD and related credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent HDR professionally in client-facing environments.
• Design inside and outside plant conveyances for telecommunications systems.
• Design electronic security systems including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Prepare complete construction documents and specs.
• Perform QA/QC and support project team members across telecom and security design processes.
• Collaborate with designers, coordinators, or technicians as needed.
