Job summary

Dstny is seeking an ICT Project Engineer to shape and evolve its internal ICT landscape across international contexts. This role blends hands-on execution with project coordination, delivering infrastructure improvements and system integrations.

You will lead cross-country initiatives and harmonize acquired companies’ systems with Dstny standards. Expect ownership, collaboration with partners, and a focus on stability, performance and continuous improvement within a fast-growing, global tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT/ICT, infrastructure, support or project-driven environments.
• Proven experience coordinating ICT projects with timelines, stakeholders and delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Intune, …) and IT workplace infrastructure.
• IT workplace security and identity/access management knowledge.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and implement structured solutions.
• Hands-on mindset; able to switch between project coordination and technical execution.
• Strong communication; able to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• Security and privacy focus in all work.

You take ownership of initiatives from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, aligned with business needs and executed with high quality. In this role, you will be closely involved in the **integration** of newly acquired companies into the Dstny environment by **harmonizing** and **aligning** systems, tools and infrastructure with Dstny group standards. At the same time, you ensure the **stability, performance and availability of our ICT systems**, proactively identifying improvements and driving optimisations.You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, ICT colleagues and external partners, making sure that everyone is aligned and progressing towards the same goal.
