Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Security Analyst to design and deliver cybersecurity training for ICS/ICSS to a variety of audiences, both on-site and off-site.

You will serve as a technical SME, guide complex threat analyses, and develop courses, labs, and simulations to advance CIC capabilities and protect critical infrastructure in collaboration with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Control Systems or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years experience.
• Level 4 requires 9 years in the field, Master’s 6 years or PhD 4 years relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain DOE Q-clearance with SIGMA and SCI clearance and willing to complete polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical instruction and expertise in ICSS cybersecurity threat detection, prevention, and management.
• Gather information and analyze cyber threats to critical infrastructure and technology-controlled processes.
• Lead complex cybersecurity assignments and coordinate work of team members.
• Interface with ICSS and critical infrastructure protection community to meet program requirements.
• Represent the program as instructor for on-site and off-site training activities.
• Mentor small agile teams within the department.
• Create reports and briefings related to ICSS issues.
