Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Security Analyst to support the Controls department within the Cybercore Integration Center (CIC) at the REC in Idaho Falls, ID. The role includes delivering ICS cybersecurity training to external audiences, both onsite and offsite, and serving as a SME on CIC cybersecurity.

It involves developing advanced instructional methods, labs, and simulated environments.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience instructing technical subjects to professional audiences
• Ability to develop cybersecurity courses, labs, and curriculum
• Instructor in on-site and off-site cybersecurity training activities
• Experience with ICS/SCADA, control systems security concepts

Responsibilities

• Provide technical instruction and expertise in ICS cybersecurity threat detection, prevention, and management.
• Gather information and analyze cyber threats to the United States and its critical infrastructure; serve as SME.
• Lead complex cybersecurity tasks and coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Interface with customers and critical infrastructure protection community to meet program requirements.
• Represent the program as an instructor in training activities and provide leadership to small agile teams.
• Create reports and briefings related to these issues.
