Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we empower individuals and strengthen communities. In the role of Program Supervisor, you will guide appropriate support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges who live in their own homes in the Morehead City, NC area. The position requires regular travel of up to 1.5 hours within the local region.

Overview

Full‑time, salaried position. Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Regular travel in the service area is required. The Program Supervisor oversees person‑centered services, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans.
