Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, operations, or continuous improvement.
• PMO governance certifications are strongly valued.
• Credentials such as Lean Six Sigma or change management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern ICs project management framework and governance model.
• Lead SIOP process and drive continuous improvement across ICs.
• Define portfolio metrics, dashboards and reporting for cost, schedule, risk.
