Job summary

Director Global I&C Engineering & Manufacturing and work in a hybrid environment at the Warrendale facility. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years in quality control or manufacturing, plus experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years in quality control, manufacturing, or engineering operations.
• Experience leading quality operations in global or multi-site environments.
• Experience managing unionized or experienced technical workforce.
• Strong knowledge of inspection processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with supplier and subcontractor quality management.
• Strong understanding of corrective action programs and COPQ management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global QC operations alignment with growth objectives and performance expectations.
• Implement globally consistent inspection standards across sites and subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractor quality performance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage QC resources including labor, equipment, and capital investments.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation and traceability for quality control.
