The candidate should have a college-level chemistry background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise procedures while ensuring accuracy and traceability of test results.

Qualifications

• Completion of a college-level program in chemistry, chemical technology, or related field (Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred).
• Willingness to work night shifts if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to wear and work in full cleanroom PPE for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise chemical testing using ICP-MS and manual titration methods.
• Follow laboratory protocols and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Record and report test results with attention to accuracy and traceability.
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance of lab equipment.
• Wear cleanroom PPE and comply with semiconductor cleanroom protocols.
• Support lab audits and documentation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in quality and process support.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment including weekends, holidays, and night shift.
