Job summary

Vans, a brand within VF Corporation, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Merchandising for Icons Footwear in the AMER region. You will lead the category strategy for Men’s and Women’s Icons, translating global direction into a compelling regional plan grounded in consumer insights.

You will drive seasonal direction, marketplace alignment, and commercial performance across the Icons portfolio. You will partner with Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align priorities and go-to-market

Qualifications

Strong merchandising experience within footwear, apparel, or related consumer-led industry.
Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence Global and Regional teams.
Experience translating consumer and marketplace insights into seasonal priorities.
Proven track record in driving revenue, margin, and sell-through goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the AMER category strategy for Men’s and Women’s Icons footwear.
Own the regional read of the Icons business and inform Global Product Merchandising.
Partner with regional Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align priorities.
Represent AMER in milestone meetings and communicate regional strategy and needs.
Lead and develop the regional Icons merchandising team with a culture of collaboration and data-informed decisions.
