  • Represent AMER in global and regional milestone meetings, including line reviews, regional feedback sessions, pre-line meetings, and internal marketplace launches, clearly communicating the regional strategy, opportunities, risks, and product needs for Men’s and Women’s Icons.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the regional Icons merchandising team, setting clear priorities and accountability while building a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and data-informed decision-making across the category and its cross-functional partners.
