Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior ICMS deployment leader in the Life Sciences domain to drive end-to-end ICMS initiatives, coordinate testing cycles, and manage data migration strategies. You will collaborate with Global Template and Deployment teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, while ensuring GxP compliance and data integrity.

The role requires SAP experience in supply chain processes, project management certification, and strong communication and change-management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
3+ years in Life Sciences with SAP in supply chain processes.
Knowledge of GxP and data integrity requirements; SDLC and agile methods familiar.

Responsibilities

Lead ICMS deployment activities and ensure alignment with scope and timeline.
Drive design decisions and run workshops with business partners and deployment teams.
Oversee end-to-end testing cycles including Business Simulation Testing and UAT.
Create BPS for R&D and develop end-to-end test plans.
Coordinate testing with SMEs and other deployment teams; support cutover and hypercare.
Define migration strategy for ICMS master data with Data Migration Lead.
Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity throughout deployment.
