Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior ICMS deployment leader in the Life Sciences domain to drive end-to-end ICMS initiatives, coordinate testing cycles, and manage data migration strategies. You will collaborate with Global Template and Deployment teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, while ensuring GxP compliance and data integrity.

The role requires SAP experience in supply chain processes, project management certification, and strong communication and change-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in Life Sciences with SAP in supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of GxP and data integrity requirements; SDLC and agile methods familiar.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICMS deployment activities and ensure alignment with scope and timeline.
• Drive design decisions and run workshops with business partners and deployment teams.
• Oversee end-to-end testing cycles including Business Simulation Testing and UAT.
• Create BPS for R&D and develop end-to-end test plans.
• Coordinate testing with SMEs and other deployment teams; support cutover and hypercare.
• Define migration strategy for ICMS master data with Data Migration Lead.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity throughout deployment.

• Lead ICMS deployment activities
• Drive ICMS-related key design decisions and design activities; facilitate workshops with relevant business partners, Global Template teams, and Deployment teams to translate business requirements into scalable ICMS solutions
• Lead end-to-end testing cycles, including Business Simulation Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Create Business Process Scenarios (BPS) specific to R&D and develop E2E test plans
• Coordinate testing activities with business SMEs and other deployment teams
• Support cutover and launch activities for the ICMS scope and provide hypercare support post launch
• Collaborate with the Data Migration Lead to define migration strategy and plan for ICMS-specific master data objects
• Ensure deployment activities remain aligned with business objectives, program scope, timeline, quality, and compliance expectations (including GxP and data integrity)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, Logistics, Information Technology or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences in implementation, support or advanced use of SAP in supply chain processes is required
• Certifications (asset): Project Management (PMI) or equivalent / SAP professional certification /Supply chain certification (APICS)
• Understanding of GxP and data integrity requirements
• Knowledge of supporting tools, SDLC and agile methodology (tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability in process standardization and global, end-to-end transformational thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Experience with change management on complex programs and cross-functional leadership.
