Network180 seeks an ICM Outpatient Therapist in Grand Rapids, MI. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. It operates within an NCQA-aligned Patient-Centered Health Home and includes a multidisciplinary team.

In-person at 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree and MI licensure or eligibility for a limited license within one month. A driver’s license and culturally competent approach are required.

We are seeking an ICM Outpatient Therapist. Network180's outpatient Integrated Case Management is a Patient-Centered Health Home that is based on the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines for the Patient-Centered Medical Home. This multidisciplinary team-based model includes: a psychiatrist, registered nurse, medical assistant, case managers, outpatient therapists and peer support. The team serves consumers with serious mental illness and substance use disorders with an emphasis on evidence-based therapeutic treatments.

This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no weekends, on call, or holiday requirements for this position. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan in one of the following OR be eligible to obtain the limited license within one (1) month of hire:
• Limitedlicense master social worker (LLMSW), limited license professional counselor (LLPC), limited license counselor (LLC); OR
• Fulllicense as master social worker (LMSW), professional counselor (LPC), psychologist (LP), marriage and family therapy (LMFT).
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CAADC certification through MCBAP or be able to obtain a development plan for the credential
• Training in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred
• Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
