Job summary

QED Systems, LLC at Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking an ICIDS Fielding Coordinator to support Army force protection systems deployment. You will manage scheduling for site surveys, installations, and deployment timelines while coordinating with field teams and government stakeholders.

The role requires experience in defense logistics, program management, and strong communication, with travel up to 25% and ongoing collaboration with PM FPS and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Eight years of applicable experience including three years as an analyst in an acquisition program.
• Experience managing U.S. Army material fielding pipelines or defense logistics.
• Familiarity with ICIDS ecosystem or comparable hardware/software configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end scheduling for site surveys and system installations across multiple locations
• Manage resource allocation by assign field technicians and engineers to sites based on timelines and skills
• Develop daily and long-term deployment schedules detailing who goes where and when
• Maintain real-time schedule updates in project management software for leadership visibility
