Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a Field Service Representative for a weapons systems program aboard JBLM, WA. You will be part of a multidisciplinary CLS team supporting IFPC Inc 2 launcher/interceptor operations and related equipment, with deployment-ready responsibilities.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, ability to travel, and deployment training. Expect nonstandard shifts, potential hazardous zones, and mission-essential duties with worldwide deployment, OT, and continuous readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years equivalent experience/combined education.
• Must be able to possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Must understand basic software networking, ability to configure software/hardware to support various tests.
• Must have the ability to upload and verify various software packages and updates required to support the launcher/interceptor solution.
• Must meet physical deployment standards as set forth in, but not limited to, DoD Instruction 3020.41, Operational Contract Support.
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. Passport with no restrictions on travel. Must be able to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer in managing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program, including scheduling services, HW configuration, HW/SW troubleshooting, and HW/SW installation.
• Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and failure troubleshooting beyond end-user level.
• Create, update, and complete Work Orders with timely professionalism and verify maintenance reports.
