Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking an ICIDS Fielding Coordinator to support our PM FPS contract at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires coordinating end-to-end scheduling for site surveys, installations, and fielding activities across multiple locations, while ensuring security, documentation, and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of relevant experience including 3 years as an analyst, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years of applicable experience, including 3 years as an analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program.
• Experience managing U.S. Army fielding pipelines or large defense deployments is preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end scheduling for site surveys and installations across multiple locations.
• Manage resource allocation of field technicians and engineers to meet timelines.
• Track progress and mitigate scheduling conflicts with project managers and government stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver deployment updates and briefings to Army leadership and PMs.
• Ensure compliance with security, base access, and safety requirements.
