Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) seeks a field service engineering and technical support professional to deliver the IBCS program across locations. You will integrate, install, and maintain COTS/GOTS with IBCS, perform operator and maintainer tasks, and coordinate with military and civilian personnel to sustain fielded systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–6 years in IBCS, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience working on IBCS systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required and active Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain systems running Red Hat Enterprise Linux and integrate COTS/GOTS products with IBCS systems.
• Perform operator and maintainer tasks on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software.
• Provide technical support services for sustaining fielded IBCS systems at all locations.
• Interact with outside teams to coordinate platform availability and configurations.
