Gallagher Benefit Services, a leading employee benefits firm, seeks an ICHRA Sales & Client Enablement Associate to support sales, onboarding, and renewal efforts in a fast-paced team. The ICHRA Sales & Client Enablement Associate plays a critical role in supporting the growth and execution of Gallagher's Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) solutions. This position serves as a key partner to Producers, Client Managers, and the ICHRA team by coordinating sales support, new business onboarding, implementation readiness, renewal activities, and operational reporting.
The role is designed to enable the ICHRA team to focus on revenue-generating activities by reducing administrative, analytical, onboarding, and operational workload. Acting as a liaison between sales, clients, implementation partners, and internal service teams, the Associate helps ensure a seamless experience from opportunity development through implementation and ongoing client support
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
