Job summary

Rainbow Omega, Inc. is seeking a dedicated ICF Housekeeper for our EASTABOGA, AL campus. The role focuses on sanitation, infection control, and creating a warm, dignity-first living environment for residents with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include disinfecting spaces, floor care, waste management, chemical safety, and respectful interaction with residents. Eligibility requires 1 year of cleaning experience, a HS diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• One year of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Clear pre-employment background check and a clean drug screen.
• No-smoking policy across all premises.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect and deep-clean high-touch areas, rooms, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain clean walkways.
• Safe and timely trash removal; proper disposal of waste.
• Handle, dilute, and store cleaning chemicals; monitor inventory.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity while working efficiently.
