Job summary

Echoing Hills Village Inc. is seeking an ICF Home Manager to support the QIDP in daily operations of a Small Intermediate Care Facility.

You will supervise DSPs, ensure ISPs are followed, coach staff, and coordinate staffing, health and safety, and regulatory compliance in a faith-based setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in an I/DD setting, a high school diploma or GED, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in an I/DD or related setting required.
• Prior scheduling, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Demonstrated Christian background and commitment to the Ministry’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support DSPs to ensure consistent ISPs and daily services.
• Prepare and adjust staff schedules to maintain coverage.
• Onboard, train, and provide performance feedback for DSP staff.
• Promote a structured, person-centered home environment and independence.
• Monitor health, safety, documentation, and compliance; report concerns to the QIDP.
• Assist with household resources, funds, and daily operational needs.
• Maintain professional communication with families and service partners.
• Provide direct support during staffing shortages or emergencies.
• Participate in Ministry initiatives and committees.

Job Summary:
