Responsibilities

• Supervises direct support professionals in implementation of person-centered program plans.
• Ensures staff training on program plans and required annual training.
• Monitors DSP data and ensures accurate daily assignment sheets.
• Provides direct support with daily living skills for residents.
• Ensures adherence to agency policies and safety procedures.
