Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an CLM Application Analyst in Arlington, TX. The role is hybrid and reports to the Corporate team, with a schedule of full-time days (8:00am-5:00pm).

The analyst will lead configuration management, release management, user and security management, and data handling within Icertis CLM to support contract lifecycle processes. Collaboration with IT and business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 4 years of contract lifecycle management application administration experience.
• Icertis CLM functional experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, user and security management knowledge, and ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration updates, document requirements, test, and promote to upper environment.
• Coordinate Icertis release updates with stakeholders and test new features.
• Create, provision, de-provision, and manage user accounts and groups; assign roles.
• Configure security settings and manage security groups and privileges.
• Manage organizational structure, units and groups to align with business needs.
• Manage master data, upload legacy documents, delete agreements, and sync documents.
