Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Concessions Attendant to manage the concession stand at our public ice arenas in Massachusetts. You will operate the POS, take orders, stock inventory, and help prep and cook a variety of food items while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will collaborate with the Supervisor and Food & Beverage Manager to continuously improve efficiency and quality of service, and be available for event-based shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service experience preferred.
• Detail oriented, communicative, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS and takes customer orders.
• Stocks and maintains inventory of concession items.
• Cooks a variety of food items and ensures cleanliness and safety of the stand.
• Works with supervisor and Food & Beverage Manager to improve service quality.
• Other duties as assigned to support the concession operation.
