Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Massachusetts is seeking a Concessions Attendant to operate the POS, take orders, stock inventory, and prep a variety of food items for events at our public ice arenas. You will work with the Supervisor and Food and Beverage Manager, maintain cleanliness, ensure product quality, and adapt to a fast-paced, event-based schedule.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and deliver friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in basic food handling and customer service preferred.
• Detail oriented, communicative, able to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the concession stand per shift and follow FMC procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and communicate with supervisor.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner; cook various items.
• Keep kitchen and stand clean and organized; support other concession areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the concession operation.
