Job summary

City of Kirkwood's Ice Rink is seeking a friendly part-time Cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments at the concession stand. You will prepare items like hot chocolate, coffee, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, candy, and soft drinks, while keeping the area clean and stocked.

Typical duties include operating the cash register, following safety rules, and helping with opening/closing tasks, including counting cash drawers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of concession area, counters, seating, and equipment.
• Restock food, beverages, and paper supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and counting cash drawers.
• Provide basic information about rink schedules when needed.
