Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduation or its equivalency.
• One year of experience operating an ice rink or recreational venue.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions; knowledge of safety standards.
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
• Available November 2025 – January 2026.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Answer questions on policies, hours of operations, and other FAQs.
• Check in pre-registered guests or create new reservations for walk-up sales.
• Ensure waiver is properly filled out and checked in.
• Assist patrons with proper sized ice skate rentals.
• Offer helmets, gloves/socks, or skating aids to guests.
• Assist patrons to stand back up on the ice.
• Ensure rink entrances/exits are clear of people and obstacles.
• Inspect dasher boards for safety concerns and report to Ice Tech on duty.
• Maintain clean event space and prepare reports as required by supervisor.

The 4BBCorp team is hiring aSeasonal Ice Rink Attendant to support theWinter Wonderland ice rink in Homestead, Florida!

This seasonal opportunity runs from November through January. Help bring holiday fun to the community while supporting a welcoming and enjoyable experience for ice rink visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Answer questions on policies, hours of operations, and other FAQs.
• Check in pre-registered guests or create a new reservation for walk-up sales.
• Ensure waiver is properly filled out and checked in.
• Assist patrons with proper sized ice skate rentals.
• Offer guests helmets, gloves/socks, or skating aids.
• Assist patrons to stand back up on the ice.
• Ensure all rink entrances/exits are clear of people and obstacles.
• Inspect dasher boards for any safety concerns and report to Ice Tech on duty.
• Maintain clean event space: pick up garbage, sweep floors, straighten benches, etc.
• Prepare reports as required by the supervisor.
• Safeguards assigned equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Must be able to understand and comprehend written and verbal instructions; general knowledge of generally accepted safety standards for specified work.
• Must successfully complete and pass a Level 2 background screening as a condition of employment.
• Must be available November 2025 – January 2026
