Easy Ice is seeking a Technician II in Coconut Creek, FL to ensure optimal performance and reliability of ice machines through installation, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining equipment, and driving first-visit issue resolution.

The candidate should have 1+ year experience in equipment repair, EPA 2 Certification, and strong communication skills. A full-time schedule with on-call rotations is required.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment (refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, ice machines)
EPA 2 Certification required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work full-time with rotating on-call schedule

Responsibilities

Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot and install Easy Ice equipment
Provide on-site service and support with a focus on customer relationships
Train and mentor less senior technicians
Manage on-site tasks including installation, repair, maintenance and testing
Document service activities with photos and logs
