Job summary

Woodland Resort in Devils Lake, North Dakota, is seeking a versatile, hands-on team member to keep the resort running smoothly and to guide guests to the best ice‑fishing adventures this winter.

Two shifts are offered: mornings 5 am–1 pm and afternoons 9 am–6 pm. Responsibilities include transporting clients to fish houses, performing ice-house maintenance, plowing ice roads, and helping guests find fishing spots (equipment provided). On-site housing is available.

Responsibilities

• Transport: clients to fish houses in the morning and move them to their other houses throughout the day
• Fish house maintenance: fill propane, sweep ice houses, drill the ice holes in the morning, replace batteries for lights, and move fish houses to different spots
• Plowing: keep the 40 to 50 miles of ice roads open
• Fishing: search the lake for fishing spots to move clients; equipment supplied
