Two shifts are offered: mornings 5 am–1 pm and afternoons 9 am–6 pm. Responsibilities include transporting clients to fish houses, performing ice-house maintenance, plowing ice roads, and helping guests find fishing spots (equipment provided). On-site housing is available.

We’re seeking a versatile, hands-on team member to keep our resort running smoothly and to guide our guests to the best ice-fishing adventures in the winter.
Morning shift runs from 5 am to 1pm
Afternoon shift runs 9 am to 6 pm
Transport: clients to fish houses in the morning and move them to their other houses throughout the day
Fish house maintenance: fill propane, sweep ice houses, drill the ice holes in the morning, replace batteries for lights, and move fish houses to different spots
Plowing: qualified and competent applicants keep the 40 to 50 miles of ice roads open.
Fishing: between client moves and chores, employees search the lake for fishing spots to move clients. (equipment supplied)
Housing: available on site at $500 per person in single-occupant rooms and communal rooms; includes wifi, water, heat, power, trash, and laundry. Located in peaceful woods, a walk away from the bar and restaurant.
