Qualifications

  • Proven winter fishing experience or strong cold-weather fishing background.
  • Strong knowledge of local fish species, habitats, and fishing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain fishing equipment and safety gear.
  • First aid certification preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
