Job summary

Claude's Creamery in the United States is seeking a friendly Customer Service team member for an ice cream shop environment. Shift availability includes day and evening hours, with weekends required; you will greet customers, take orders, and answer phones while maintaining a clean, fast-paced shop.

Prior food service or customer service experience is preferred. Duties include keeping the shop organized, following safety guidelines, standing for long periods, and collaborating with the manager

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers in shop and over the phone.
• Respect fellow team members with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Adhere to food service safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Work shifts day and/or evening, including weekends.
• Keep the shop clean and organized on a daily basis.
• Follow directions from the manager and team leaders.
• Be prepared to take on other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a welcoming and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced setting.
