Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders quickly and provide guests with great service.
• Make ice cream and novelties daily; ensure adequate inventory.
• Protect inventory and assets; supervise shift members in company interests.
• Clean front of house, back line and kitchen at shift end.
• Train and coach crew members; uphold policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, products, and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
