Job summary

Sweet Cow Ice Cream is hiring friendly, high-energy team members to scoop ice cream and provide top-tier service in our Colorado locations. You’ll contribute to a welcoming and efficient shop while gaining experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

The role offers immediate tasks with potential growth into Ice Cream Maker, MooMobile Lead, Shift Lead, and managerial tracks as you develop with the team. Perks include free ice cream during shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Available for at least 2 shifts per week (10+ hrs).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs & stand for your whole shift.
• Flexible availability: 4 daytime shifts Mon-Fri or 2+ closing shifts plus weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Scoop, serve & engage with customers with friendliness and efficiency.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store standards and deliver great service.
• Handle POS transactions and cash accurately and efficiently.
• Create energetic, memorable shop vibes and positive guest experiences.
