Clementine’s, Saint Louis, is seeking an Ice Cream Producer to join our growing team at our headquarters. You will operate ice cream machines, manage production equipment, and uphold strict safety and sanitation standards while maintaining product quality and accurate packaging.

Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, the ability to read recipes, and sturdy physical stamina for a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt, day shift with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Comfort learning and operating production equipment.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift 30–50 lbs.
• Read, write and speak English; follow recipes precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate ice cream machines to produce per recipes and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and FDA-standard records.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced production team.
• Monitor quality of ice cream and sorbet throughout production.
• Package, label, and inventory finished products.
• Perform other duties as directed by leads or supervisors.
