Job summary

Clementine’s Ice Cream in Saint Louis is seeking an Ice Cream Producer to join our growing production team. You will create premium ice creams, sorbets, and desserts while upholding our high manufacturing and sanitation standards at our headquarters.

We are looking for hands-on producers who can operate batch freezers, manage ingredients, follow approved recipes, and work in a fast-paced environment. Day shifts, full-time, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic math skills required for measuring ingredients and recipes.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate ice cream machines to produce per approved recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with FDA standards.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced setting.
• Monitor quality of ice cream and sorbets for consistency and flavor.
• Package and label finished products according to procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by leads or supervisors.
