Job summary

Toledo Ice Cream is hiring skilled Machine Operators to operate, maintain, and set up equipment, ensuring efficient production of finished and raw materials. You will troubleshoot basic issues while adhering to GMP and communicating with all departments to meet daily deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of machine operation experience in a food plant setting, with strong math abilities and reliability for first/second shift training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more machine operator experience in a plant environment (food plant background preferred).
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide) in all units of measurement.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and set up equipment and machinery.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
