Toledo Ice Cream, a DFA company, seeks a skilled Machine Operator to maintain, set up and troubleshoot equipment, while ensuring GMP compliance and timely production of finished and raw materials.

The position offers a starting wage of $21.65 per hour, increasing to $26.40 after a 90-day probation. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8.5-hour shifts with overtime on Saturdays as needed; must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift. Requirements include a HS diploma and 1+ years in a plant environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more machine operator experience in a plant environment preferred (food).
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a wet environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, break down and set up equipment and machinery.
• Process finished or raw materials while following GMP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating issues.
• Communicate with all departments to meet daily deadlines.
