Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Sikeston, MO, seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations in a 24/7 ice cream manufacturing environment. You will champion ICMS practices, ensure safety, quality, and cost performance, and manage a team across building, grounds, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or a related field.
Maintenance leadership experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive results through structured systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Facility Maintenance operations across a 24/7 site.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, water, fire protection, and other building systems.
Drive ICMS adoption, safety, quality, and cost improvements.
Manage budgets and deliver improvements in OEE, waste, and productivity.
Coach and develop maintenance technicians and foster a safe culture.
