• Previous ice cream or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes, floats and desserts.
• Learn flavors, toppings, and menu items to assist customers.
• Follow portion control, presentation, and quality standards.
• Keep cases, stations, counters, and serving areas clean and stocked.
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the parlor, including dining areas and floors.
• Wash and sanitize scoops, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock cups, cones, toppings, napkins, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work with team to keep service smooth during busy periods.
