Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our Sikeston Facility to lead a 24/7 operation and implement ICMS standards, driving safety, quality, output, and cost improvements.

You will manage a team, oversee GMP compliance, and advance a world-class safety culture while delivering key performance metrics and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading teams in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives (UMS, WCM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing).
• Fully understand and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Familiar with HACCP principles, implementation, and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Area Leads, Supervisors, and employees.
• Manage a 24/7 operation ensuring Safety, Health, Environment and GMP compliance.
• Lead safety and environmental programs and contribute to a world-class safety culture.
• Be a key member of CSHEC and own site safety programs.
• Control production costs, OEE, waste, and cost metrics.
• Develop agile work systems to empower autonomous teams.

THE ROLE: As Manufacturing Manager, you will lead production at our Sikeston Facility. This position will play a key role in implementation of ICMS (Ice Cream Manufacturing System) standards in Sikeston, resulting in improvements in Safety, Quality, Output and Costs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Reporting to the Associate Director of Manufacturing, you will lead a motivated team of Manufacturing Area Leads, Supervisors, and manufacturing employees.
• You will be responsible for all key business metrics and for the site in the absence of the Associate Director, managing a 24/7 manufacturing operation to ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Actively participate in the implementation of all sites specific safety and environmental programs, with the ability to lead a world class safety culture.
• Active member of the Central Safety Health Environmental Committee (CSHEC), specific ownership of several site safety Programs.
• Achieve desired production costs, including fixed and variable labor costs, Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE), waste, attainment and business waste and Take ownership of VIP (Very Important Project) ideas year-over-(YOY).
• Build and develop AGILE work systems that engage, empower, and motivate employees towards highly autonomous work culture.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership experience in management or supervisory roles, including:
  • Leading teams in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives (UMS, WCM, TPM, Lean Manufacturing).
  • Fully understand and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the Ice Cream plant.
  • Familiar with HACCP principals, implementation, and facilitation.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
