Job summary

Stew Leonard's Ice Cream Host is a seasonal, hourly role paying $17.00–$17.50 per hour. Must be 18+ and available for morning and closing shifts. You will interact with customers, help with recommendations, and prepare cones and cups.

As part of the team you will operate the cash register, package treats, and keep equipment clean while following health and safety regulations. No prior experience is required.

Ice Cream Host

Seasonal Hourly– $17.00- $17.50 per hour

Must be at least 18 years and older

Season Ends On or About: 12/24/2026

Position Description:

• Ice cream Hosts interact directly with customers at the service bar by answering any questions, offering recommendations, and making their ice cream of choice.
• Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
• Clean equipment
• Operate cash register and receive payment in various forms
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assist in other duties, as assigned

Your day-to-day:

• Making ice cream cones and cups for the customers choosing
• Packaging ice cream in quarts, cookies, waffles, etc. for display case
• Making candy apples, caramel apples, and other holiday sweets
• Assisting with coffee when needed

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of the department
