Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience with a welcoming, authentic greeting.
• Prepare dip-side items: shakes, malts, cones and hand-packed containers.
• Efficiently operate the Point of Sale system and handle transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, keep dip cabinets and freezers presentable and rotated.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment temperatures; follow safety rules.
