Job Purpose

The role is the “Nerve Centre”, ensuring smooth back-end support for daily operations, systems, technology, and processes.

The CD Operations Manager is responsible for running effective back-end operations to support customer development, implementing & driving CD operational processes, tools & systems with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, streamline, and implement processes and procedures for standardized, effective operations.
  • Understand customer data and POS management strategy in relation to category management, finance, and marketing.
  • Ensure POS Data accuracy across retailers for reliable analysis.
  • Lead data collection & reporting through all platforms to drive insights and business performance.
  • Establish internal user interfaces via reporting tools like PowerBI Dashboards.
  • Streamline data across platforms to improve efficiency and decision-making visibility.
  • Drive digitization of key CD processes.
  • Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and maintain internal databases across retail customers.
  • Troubleshoot TPO and TPM systems, connectivity to ERP, GS1, and Master Data Management.

Requirements to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in cross-functional roles.
  • Experience in CD, SC, IT, or Operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with third-party stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to quickly adapt to new subjects.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong skills in SAP APO, SAP ECC, EDI, PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
