JOB PURPOSE:

The role is the “Nerve Centre,” ensuring smooth back-end support for day-to-day operations, systems, technology, and processes.

The CD Operations Manager is responsible for efficient back-end operations to support customer development. The key deliverable is to implement and drive CD operational processes, tools, and systems in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, streamline, and implement processes and procedures for standardized, effective, and efficient operations.
  • Understand customer data and POS management strategy in relation to category management, finance, and marketing business cases.
  • Ensure accuracy of POS data across retailers for precise data analysis.
  • Lead data collection and reporting across all data platforms to drive insights and business performance.
  • Connect external data environments with internal reporting tools such as PowerBI dashboards.
  • Streamline data across platforms to improve efficiency and visibility for decision-making.
  • Drive digitization of key CD processes like new customer creation and inquiries.
  • Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and maintain internal databases based on best practices.
  • Maintain sales and customer order data across the portfolio.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TPO and TPM systems, connectivity to ERP, GS1, and Master Data Management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial or Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional roles, preferably in CD, SC, IT, or Operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with third-party stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to quickly adapt to new subjects.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong skills in SAP APO, SAP ECC, EDI, Data & Analytics, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
