Cold Stone Creamery Mansfield is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Ice Cream Cake Decorator / Assistant Manager to join our sweet team in Midlothian, TX! Responsibilities:

Design and decorate custom ice cream cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special events

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to deliver exceptional customer service

Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain proper stock levels for cake supplies and ingredients

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met

Handle customer inquiries, cake orders, and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism

Support scheduling, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in cake decorating, bakery, or a related food service role preferred

Prior supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail or food service environment

Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for design and presentation

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
