Job summary

Baskin Robbins Windcrest is seeking a detail-oriented Ice Cream Cake Decorator to join our fun, fast-paced dessert shop. You will decorate cakes, handle writing and customization requests, and help customers design creations.

The ideal candidate has cake decorating or baking experience, works well in a team, and enjoys a cold shop environment. Flexible part-time scheduling and a friendly, customer-focused attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating or baking experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (freezer area).
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Decorate and design ice cream cakes according to company standards and customer requests
• Personalize cakes with writing, themes, and custom decorations
• Prepare and handle cake ingredients (ice cream, frosting, toppings, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines
• Manage special orders and ensure timely completion
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting with orders and design requests
• Support general shop duties as needed (stocking, cleaning, etc.)
