Clementine's Creamery is seeking an Ice Cream Batcher to join the Production Team. This role prepares and mixes ingredients to create ice cream, sorbets, and desserts per recipes and production standards, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety.

You will batch, package, and help in the kitchen as needed, ensuring accurate measurements, data entry for traceability, and adherence to FDA sanitation rules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience following recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to measure ingredients accurately and record data.
• Comfort with fast-paced, team-based production.

Responsibilities

• Batch, produce, and package ice cream per approved recipes and procedures.
• Quality check ingredients and finished ice cream for quality.
• Manage inventory levels and report when ingredients are needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation to FDA standards and records.
• Operate digital scale and confectionery equipment.
• Enter yields and lot numbers into inventory system and logs.
